I am Brynlee Ball, the owner of Urban Fringe. I am a licensed Cosmetologist, Barber, Eyelash Technician, as well as master Bellami extension specialist. I created this space to give my clients the best serve possible. I love and care for all my clients and take pride in making them feel beautiful.
