Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

& No Refund Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business policies. We require all of our clients to have a card on file. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or a reschedule with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee amounting to the cost of 50% of the service price. If you "No Show" your appointment there will be a 100% fee of the service you booked. We understand if there is a family emergency or bad weather. We just please ask that you communicate that to us. NO REFUND POLICY We put so much time, effort and product into each and every service, if you are unhappy with the service, you must contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are more than willing to make it right with just the cost of product used. Thank you for understanding!
